Here are some tips before you call us.
Water Heating
Drain your tank yearly to remove sediment and rust buildup at the bottom. Be sure to run water through to get the larger pieces. Turn off circuit breaker and check for continuity across the element terminal. If no continuity, replace terminal. This is the most common cause of no hot water. Toilets
Check your tank frequently for rusted or worn parts that need replacement Call about any leaks that you notice around the base of the toilet since this can cause mold and mildew concerns. Switch out your toilet to a High Efficiency Model (HET) or Dual Flush to save thousands of gallons a year and money on your water and wastewater costs.
Septic and Drain field
Avoid draining grease, fats and oils into your sanitary drainage system. These substances can cause damage and blockage to your system. Treat your septic tank with microbial enzymes at least once a year to promote the growth of healthy bacteria crucial to digesting waste and paper.
