1st time: Water leak in the wall where the water enters my house from the well tank was wet both in the garage and adjacent bedroom as was the bedroom floor. I shut the water off and called Nate at Sunshine Plumbing & Gas. I didn't ask for a price estimate. I just needed to get the job done quickly. Even though it was on the weekend, Nate was there and got the job done, quickly and at a fair price.

2nd time:Major water leak under the kitchen cabinet. I thought it was the from the fresh water pipe. Wrong. Nate found the leak. It was the drain line inside the concrete block wall. Evidently it had been leaking for a long time. the bases of 2 cabinets were ruined. The drywall was soaked and black mold was appearing. Not only did Nate find the leak and fix the leak, he helped tear out the "bad" cabinet and drywall. This was another weekend call. Excellent service, very fair price. I'll use Sunshine Plumbing & Gas again.

3rd time: Another call to Sunshine Plumbing & Gas. Another weekend leak. This time it was in the "manifold" that is situated within the wall where the main pipe comes out of the concrete. The walls were wet and "bloated". Nate came to the rescue. He cut the drywall out in such a mannor that the replacement was very easy. He not only fixed the 1 leaking joint, he suggested that he replace the entire manifold. It wasn't that much more money for the parts and he was already here anyway. I went for it. GREAT advice. When he showed me the rest of the manifold, some of the "bits" were paper thin. He saved me another service call. I highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing & Gas. They will get ALL my plumbing business. I wish they did air conditioning too.

I used these guys to do a whole house tankless hot water heater installation for me. They were the low bid (even vs. plumbers I had worked with before) because as it turns out they knew the code better than anyone else and were able to save me from having to add a regulator the other bids said I would need. Nate was prompt with coming to give an estimate and putting his bid together, and the installer he sent, Jay, was great to work with.

I wanted to be very particular about piping placement so that I could build a closet where my old water heater was, and Jay was able to find a solution that wouldn't involve running pipes and vents all through my closet area. He even spent about half an hour with me under the house at 5:30 on a friday evening to work this solution out. He also noticed a problem while he was under there that he fixed at the same time. That gave me a lot of comfort that the work would be done well and I wouldn't have to take time off to monitor the installation. I have a lot of rental property and have seen good work and bad, and this was a high quality job. I'll use these folks again for sure.

I recently had them check out some minor issues in my bathrooms. On the phone, they were straight forward and their prices were not high (I checked theirs against another plumber in town). In fact, the work they did was less expensive than their projected quote. They picked a time that was convenient for me and arrived at the time projected. The plumber who came was very professional (no crack showing either), informative, and he fixed my problem. I also had him look at a couple extra things and he had no problem with that. Also, he did not charge extra for it although I expected he might. I would recommend them.
